Implementation

The implementation of iAdvise was conducted between October 2018 and May 2021 as a partnership between the Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Affairs and Academic Programs and the Office of the Vice Provost for Academic and Enrollment Services. Originally targeted for implementation by December 2020, given the pandemic, the timeline was slightly extended and the project was considered complete in May 2021.

The implementation included transitions for advising units, success units, student services units, and developing access and resources for faculty and students to actively use the system.  The project team was dedicated to keeping stakeholders  up-to-date on the status of implementation, and our current status updates in other areas of this web page provide regular updates from the iAdvise Team for users of the system.
